About the Role

Ever designed a UI for a product? If yes, then you have already passed the first level of our Hiring process.

We are looking for a kickass UI designer with a little frontend experience who can take lead and build world-class products.

Design Execution: Create high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, and product managers to implement design solutions that enhance user experience.
Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.

User-Centered Approach: Incorporate user feedback and usability testing results into design iterations.
Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a cohesive design system and style guide.
Cross-Platform Consistency: Ensure design consistency across different platforms (desktop, tablet, mobile) and devices.
Industry Trends: Stay updated on current design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of UI design.

Documentation: Prepare design specifications and documentation for development teams.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD.
Basic understanding of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
